PMJJBY

Life Insurance Scheme

  • Life Insurance Cover of Rs. 2 Lakh.
  • Annual Premium is only Rs. 436 per annum.
  • Available for bank account holders in age group 18-50 years.
  • Auto-debit facility from bank account.
  • Simple claim settlement process for nominee.

PMSBY

Accident Insurance

  • Accidental Death & Disability Cover of Rs. 2 Lakh.
  • Annual Premium is only Rs. 20 per annum.
  • Available for age group 18-70 years.
  • Covers Partial Permanent Disability (Rs. 1 Lakh).
  • Renewable every year on 1st June.

APY

Pension Scheme

  • Fixed monthly pension after age of 60 years.
  • Pension slabs: Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 5,000 per month.
  • Government Co-contribution for 5 years (eligible subscribers).
  • Tax benefits under Section 80CCD.
  • Spouse automatically gets pension in case of death.

Rupay Card

Domestic Debit Card

  • Accepted at all ATMs, POS, and E-com sites in India.
  • Personal Accident Cover up to Rs. 10 Lakh (varies by card type).
  • Purchase Protection Insurance on lost goods.
  • Zero fuel surcharge at select petrol pumps.
  • Fraudulent liability protection (if reported timely).

DBT Info

Direct Benefit Transfer

  • Subsidies directly transferred to Bank Account.
  • LPG subsidy, MNREGA wages, Social Security pensions.
  • Requires Aadhaar linking with Bank Account.
  • Eliminates middlemen and leakages.
  • Real-time tracking of transactions via passbook.
